Joe Cocker was found in Fontana, CA, by a good Samaritan who has fostered him ever since.
When he was found, Joe's fur had been sheared so short that he had nicks all over his skin. His skin was irritated and he was limping, so he went straight to the vet and has been getting better everyday! He is an older boy, so his limping may be due to arthritis, but the vet felt it wasn't severe.
