Goofy, Pinto & Lucky were all being surrendered by their sad owner to Devore Animal Shelter when two Cause for SB Paws volunteers were there. Devore staff did not want to see these beautiful sweethearts enter the system, so they asked our volunteers if Cause had room. How could we say no?! 

These sweet ragamuffins happily left with our volunteers and were immediately sent to our groomer, and as you can see underwent an amazing transformation!

Lucky is a calm, gorgeous older gentleman who loves to hang out, cuddle, and get back scratches. He had a fatty growth removed, an ear flush, and his characteristic bulgy Pekignese/Shihtzu eyes require drops, so he needs a caring, attentive owner who knows the breed.
