Sweet, mini, apple-headed Lucy has been through a lot in her life. This sweetie was hit by a car several years ago according to owners, who could not afford to treat her back leg injury. So she has an old break that has since healed. She is in no pain and walks just fine, but her back leg looks slightly bent. 

She also had four litters, her last just a few mos ago at 9 years old! We were contacted by her family after her 4th litter, who asked for help rehoming her pups. After we met sweet Lucy and had her spayed, we asked if we could rehome her as well. They reluctantly agreed. While they love her dearly, they just did not have the means to care for this delicate little girl. She needed a dental badly and had to have seven teeth extracted.

Lucy's life has improved tremendously since spay, dental and LOTS of TLC, and now it's time for her happilly ever after - adoption with a great family. 

She is great with other dogs, kids, men, everyone, but given what she's been through, we would love to find a quiet household for Lucy. She has at least 5-10 years of love left to give, and this sweet girl so deserves to be spoiled and treated like a little queen.
