Poor Izzy was brought to the vet for euthanasia because she had an ulcerated eye they could not afford to treat. They relinquished Izzy to the clinic, and the clinic operated. Her eye had to be removed because the ulceration was left untreated for too long. 

Despite this, Izzy is a happy girl who just loves to cuddle. She is recovering until mid November. Right now she's learning to live with one eye, and she's amazingly adaptive.
