This sweet girl, now named Emma, is ready to find her new home!

She was found running free up in the San Bernardino mountains during the blizzards. She had just been adopted from San Bernardino City Shelter (pre-blizzard), and after she got out one too many times due to the snow being over the fence line, her adopters said they didn’t want her anymore.

Mountains Humane kept her safe and then reached out to rescues down the hill because they were overwhelmed with urgent pleas for help up there.

So Emma became a Cause Kid, thanks to Lori’s foster offer.

She’s approximately 2 years old and guessed to be a West Highland White Terrier mix. She loves everyone she meets — all dogs, cats, people. Not toddler tested, but no concerns she wouldn’t do well with kids.
