Look at sweet Princess Leia, apprx 4-6 mos old as of May 2022. She lives everyone she meets - other dogs, babies, cats -- everyone! She is energetic and loving and would love a high-energy home and a high energy doggy playmate. She also loves to cuddle and is kennel-trained and doing amazing with potty training. We think she'll grow up to be a medium-sized, maybe 40-ish lbs, so she may be a Shepherd mixed with a smaller breed -- all guesstimates because we never know for sure. 

A Good Samaritan found Leia in the streets in April and held her while looking for owners. Next thing you know, Leia was lethargic and not interested in food. We had them bring her to Sunnymead Vet Clinic and she was diagnosed with Parvo. Because it was caught quickly,
treatment was only needed for a few days, she perked back up, and then went to a board and train miracel worker we know and love who saw her posts and offered to foster her. She’s training her too.

We waited a few weeks post recovery to vaccinate, and in approximately 2 weeks (early June) she’ll be spayed, chipped and ready to go to her forever home!
