Before you apply for a Cause for SB Paws dog, be sure to read full bios here: http://www.causeforsbpaws.org/animals/browse Sweet, 2-yr old Cattle/Shepherd mix Erickson, formerly Casey, A536068 from San Bernardino City Animal Shelter is ready for adoption! He ended up at SBC in December of 2020 with a broken leg. We were able to pull him thanks to a foster who offered to care for him through surgery, healing, and all the rest. He had ortho surgery to plate his broken leg, and based on his last checkup and ex-rays, he is ready for adoption! His foster family describes him as: nosey, goofy, thinks he is a lap dog, wonderful on a leash, great walking, jogging companion (light jogs until the leg completely heals) loves to be in the house, house trained, doggy door trained, and crate trained. His ideal home is an active family experienced with Cattle breeds, with other energetic large breeds (great with females & altered males), older kids, who will take him on walks and maintain his training.
