Meet Danny Devito, also nicknamed Munchkin by his foster family! He was left tied to a fence without food or water when his “family” moved out. Luckily, his wonderful neighbor spotted him and reached out for help. Despite his difficult background, Danny is as happy as can be! Danny’s typical afternoon consists of rough housing with the other pups for a couple of hours and then laying down with his humans for a long nap. Potential adopters would ideally have another small or medium sized dog, or plans to get one in the near future. While intimidated by bigger dogs, Danny loves small-medium sized playmates. He also loves everyone he meets and should adjust well in any home. At the same time, until he was rescued, Danny lived his entire life outside. He is doing well with his potty-training, but he will need continued help on this, especially as he adjusts to a new home. We know that this guy is worth the effort and will bring so much joy to his new family! With his short legs and long body, we believe Danny is a Dachshund-Pitbull mix. He weighs about 26 pounds. From floor to the back of his shoulder, he measures just 12 inches tall.
