Is Ernie not the cutest senior baby ya ever did see?

Old man Ernie is looking for a big heart and warm, comfy lap. This adorable senior with the crooked smile was rescued from San Bernardino City Shelter, where he was rescue only becauee staff thought he had a recently broken jaw. Once we got him out we had X-rays taken, and our vet determined this poor guy had an old broken jaw, but it was too late to fix. The bones had calcified over the years, he was in no pain, and it would do more harm than good to try and correct it.

So Ernie has a crooked smile that gives him charm. He eats just fine and does need wet/canned food. He loves and I mean loves chicken, ham, basically anything you're eating, he wants (see video). He is potty pad trained and does enjoy lounging in the sun. He is a quiet boy who deserves a home of his own for the rest of his days. He has cloudy eyes from old age, but still sees.
