Chopper found himself in a tough spot when his owner passed away and remaining family didn’t want any pets. Chopper is a little guy with a big personality. He is full of energy but plenty willing to take a break from his zoomies to get a little loving. 
it seems like Chopper may not have had a lot of boundaries set for him in his previous life so he will need a patient home that will provide the structure he needs to help him be his best self!
With that, Chopper will be a loyal, fun loving, smile inducing companion.
