Are you looking for a big dog personality in a 14 lb. body? Then Sandy is the dog for you. She loves to play with toys, do zoomies around the house and give lots of wet, sloppy kisses! She has a goofy and energetic personality but also loves to sit on your lap quietly on the couch after her playtime. She is a real sweetheart ! Sandy is crate trained and potty trained. She is learning basic obedience commands and the meaning of “no”. She loves people and other dogs and is learning not to chase cats! Since Sandy is still very young, she is learning how to be a house dog and still learning what not to chew. She will need to be supervised when not in her crate, until she learns not to eat or chew things like pencils, hair clips or furniture legs! She will make a fun and loving companion for some lucky forever family! Sandy was rescued from the San Bernardino City Shelter. She somehow suffered broken toes on her left paw. After a few weeks in a splint, and rest and care with her foster family, she is now healed and available for adoption.
