Sweet Carter was found in October at Carter High School in Rialto with no collar, ID tag and no microchip. This sweet boy had several families who thought he might be theirs, but he wasn’t. :(

So Carter became a Cause dog and is now looking for a nee family. He has a level 4-5 heart murmur so he needs a family familiar with that. He has no symptoms of heart problems and is active, playful and incredibly sweet. He loves humans of all sizes and loves to play with dogs large and small. Most of all, he loves to cuddle.
