Meet Scruffy! 

This 8-lb bundle of love crawled into a good Samaritan’s truck in a San Bernardino parking lot and said, “please help me.” He was in pretty bad shape, covered in ticks and pretty skinny. 

He was treated for fleas and ticks and just blossomed immediately. He wagged his tail the first night we had him and is so friendly, outgoing and so confident! He is the perfect small family pup!
