Puppy Otis arrived as a surprise - a groomer in San Bernardino told a woman she would take 5 of her chihuahuas who could no longer keep them. Little did she know one had a 2-day old baby with his mama until they arrived. Mama is adopted and now it’s puppy Otis’ turn! He is very playful and brave, used to a lot of people and dogs of all sizes.
