Puppy Flynn is one of the “Pixie’s Pot of Gold“ pups born the day after St. Patrick’s Day. Pixie, their mama, wound up at San Bernardino City Shelter after her owners moved and left her and her black chiweenie boyfriend (and Baby Daddy) behind. Daddy was rescued by Upland Animal Shelter and adopted. At the time we rescued Pixie, no one knew she was pregnant, and once her kennel cough subsided, we realized she was very preggars!

Her pups were born on March 18; her first baby came out at 10AM and her 5th pup arrived at noon. She has 3 females (1 brown & 2 black) and 2 males (1 black-brown & 1 black).

Females: Orla (golden), Riannon (black with white stripe on neck) and Rosalyn (smallest black pup)
Males: Flynn (black) & Conan (black/brown)

If you are interested in adopting Pixie or one of her babies, please apply now. Pups will be available for adoption after 3rd set of pup shots and spay/neuter (apprx mid June).

Serious applicants close to our San Bernardino, Beaumont, Rancho Cucamonga or Yorba Linda veterinarians may be eligible to do a foster-to-adopt, where adopters foster a pup before all vetting is completed, follow our vetting schedule, bring the pup to our vet for remaining shots and spay/neuter (all covered by our rescue), and the adoption is finalized once all vetting is completed.
