Before you fall in love with Penelope, please understand - Pugs have lots of medical issues, they are very hard to potty train, and Penelope is a “spaz.” An adorable spaz that will make you laugh with her antics as long as you’re looking for a highly energetic, frenetic Pug! Her past family surrendered her because she was pooping all over the couch, their bed, etc. So she needs some work!

Penelope is a petite young lady! Very playful and happy! Loves to talk! Will need a lot work on potty training and some Pugs are never fully potty trained.
