Meet Ophelia, AKA Snow White from San Bernardino City shelter. She came in looking like a scraggly but adorable little Muppet, matted and dirty (see her video). Staff loved her and advocated for her to see her make it out. 

On the way home from the shelter we made a quick stop to our vet because her mouth looked very infected. Sure enough, her teeth were in awful shape and she needed extractions and a cleaning. After bloodwork she was cleared for a dental and had 8 teeth extracted and an ear flush.  

She arrived at her foster home feeling so much better, but it wasn’t until her Fairy Godmother Foster Mom groomed her that she really blossomed. After grooming she looks and acts like she has always lived the good life! 

It’s Ophelia’s turn to finally live the life she has always deserved! We imagine her with a mature couple or single person who wants a little to cuddle with and perhaps carry around in a baby sling. She doesn’t ask for much - just to be near you and love you.
