Sparky was spotted in the San Bernardino streets by one of our volunteers. He was living outside s church for weeks and a church worker befriended him but couldn't keep him. As you can see in his video, Sparky was not too happy with us the day we got him, but within hours he transformed from a scared and snarling pup to a trusting, playful sweetie.

Since then Sparky has continued to blossom in his foster home. He loves to play with every dog he meets big or small. Even though he would not let anyone near him at first, he is great around kids as well! Cats unknown.
