Three months ago Toby was abandoned in a motel room with no food or water along side his fur family. We fostered and the shelter made us return them to the shelter to go back to their owner. This was not our preference. Now, just 3 months later he was at the shelter with his fur family again. This time we were able to rescue him and his family to make sure he can go to a loving forever home. 
He is super sweet and playful. He would make a great addition to any family. He is good with all dogs, adults and children. He has not been tested with cats. Please consider making Toby a part of your family.
