Little Fig(aro) Newton (estimated to be apprx 9 years old) is an Italian greyhound who was found by a neighbor after he and a buddy were seen running in the streets for weeks emaciated, flea infested with bites on his body, and a skin infection. He was very fortunate to be alive. We don't know what happened to his friend nor what kind of trauma he experienced in his lifetime, but he is learning to trust and is such a sweet dog and just loves having regular meals and lots of TLC. He was found unneutered, no microchip, and had a bad mouth infection which necessitated removal of 15 teeth - he isnow neutered and healthy thanks to a kind benefactor. He loves other dogs but is terrified of cats. He's now looking for a home!
