Little Piper spent alot of time on the streets. A few good souls made sure he was fed and let him stay on their porches, but that wasnot a good life for this tiny sweetheart, so he is now happy and cozy in a foster home, waiting fir his forever home! 

After everything he has been through, he is a bit shy. Kids and large dogs scare him, so he needs a calm family with kids over 12 and little dogs.
