Our sweet boy Fievel broke our hearts when we saw a video of him at Downey shelter, hairless from severe mange and weak from deydration and malnutrition. Another rescue partnered with Cause for SB Paws to get him out of there and into safety for immediate medical treatment.

We all fell in love with him immediately - this completely bald, tiny creature looked like a red, hairless cat with sores up and down his body; despite it all - he wagged his tail! From the moment we picked him up from the vet, he was just so happy and friendly and full of life and love. 

We love each and every rescue baby, but Fievel is an extra special rescue. To see him in such a horrible state of neglect but so happy, and then to watch him prosper in his medical foster's home, growing hair and gaining needed ounces - has been an incredible journey. 

Whoever adopts our Fievel will be so very lucky to have this joyful little soul in your life.
