Frankie somehow survived the streets of Rialto as a blind stray - blind from a birth defect in both eyes. We had one protruding eye removed, and his other eye has no vision. 

Despite it all, this little man is a happy-go-lucky, spunky, playful sweetheart who was terrified of dogs when we first brought him into Cause for SB Paws. Now he plays tug of war, wrestles and rolls around  with Peach and Jionni, and loves his lap time with us.
