Posh is a shy, quiet, mellow little lab mix who was seen fending for herself on the side of the road in San Bernardino for approximately a week or two before a vet tech and good samaritan brought her home.

Posh was emaciated and scared her first few days off the streets, but she has started to come out of her shell. She is very sweet and gentle and finds comfort in other dogs, so a family with 1-2 other dogs is preferred. 

With her floppy ears and long snout, Posh looks like a Lab/Hound, but we're not sure of her breed. She's looking for a family with well-trained children who won't scare her (she has never nipped but she needs a peaceful existence), as well as her own dog buddies and patient, gentle humans. 

This sweetie is staying at a vet's office and vet tech's home, so she could really use her forever home ASAP.
